An ambulance, a fire engine or a police car is boxed in by a jammed car park; tap the cars aside in the right order so it can reach the hospital, the fire or the bank alarm. Free to play. Coming soon. Platforms: Android (Google Play) and iPhone and iPad (App Store). - Google Play: coming soon - App Store: coming soon ## Key facts - Genre: parking puzzle (car park jam, unblock-the-car puzzle). - 160 levels in 8 worlds of 20. Every level is checked by a solver, so every level can be cleared. - 3 emergency crews: ambulance, fire engine and police car. - 4 power-ups: Tow Truck, Traffic Light, Hint and Freeze. - Free to play with no in-app purchases. Optional rewarded ads: 40 coins each, up to 5 a day, never during a level. - Plays offline. Optional cloud save and 10 achievements with Google Play Games or Game Center. - Made by Matterward Labs Private Limited (https://matterwardlabs.com). ## How a jam works 1. **It's boxed in.** The ambulance is parked in the middle of the jam with cars on every side. It can't turn, so it can only leave straight ahead or straight back. 2. **Tap a car.** A car drives off only the way its arrow points, round the one-way ring road and out. If anything is in the way it honks and stays put, the cars in the way flash red, and the tap costs no move. 3. **Find the order.** Clear one of the two lanes, ahead or behind. One is usually cheaper, and on later levels the move limit leaves no room for the other. 4. **Race out.** Finish within the move limit to win. The faster you finish, the more stars you get, up to three. Then the crew races to the rescue. A playable 5×6 practice jam on the home page follows the same rules. Its shortest solution is 5 moves ahead or 7 reversing, and the limit is 7 moves. ## Three crews - **Ambulance.** Get the patient to the hospital. - **Fire engine.** Reach the burning building. It is three cells long, so its lanes are longer. - **Police car.** Answer the bank alarm. ## 160 levels, 8 worlds - **Downtown** (levels 1–20): Downtown teaches every rule, one at a time, so the first world is also the tutorial. - **Maple Suburbs** (levels 21–40): Quiet streets with fewer ways out. Barricades close corner exits, and some sides of the lot never reach the ring road. - **Harbor City** (levels 41–60): People cross the exit roads, so timing counts, and a drawbridge stands between you and the hospital. - **Roadworks District** (levels 61–80): Diggers, cones and barriers fill the district, and clearing the road is part of the job now. - **Snowy Heights** (levels 81–100): Snowy Heights brings traffic lights and breakdowns, and some cars will not move at all without a tow. - **Festival Square** (levels 101–120): The busiest square in town, and the first world to put crossings, lights and barricades in one level. - **Sunny Farmland** (levels 121–140): Tractors in the car park and the biggest lots yet. - **Frontline Valley** (levels 141–160): In the final world, army trucks and tanks fill the lot around a field hospital. Details for every world: [Worlds and levels](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/worlds). ## Power-ups - **Tow Truck** hauls one car away without using a move, and is the only way to move a broken-down car. - **Traffic Light** turns every light green for 8 seconds. - **Hint** shows the next good move. - **Freeze** stops the clock for 10 seconds. ## What gets in the way - Traffic lights: one tap swaps them all - Zebra crossings full of pedestrians - A drawbridge on the harbour road - Barricades you tap to clear - Broken-down cars that need a tow - A one-way ring road round the lot ## Play it your way - **Nothing for sale.** Coins come from wins, the daily gift and optional ads. There are no purchases in the game at all. - **Ads only when you ask.** Watch a short ad for 40 coins, up to five a day. No ad ever interrupts a level, and there are no banners. - **Saves and achievements.** Play offline as a guest, or sign in with Google Play Games or Game Center to back up your progress and earn ten achievements. ## More - [Worlds and levels](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/worlds): All eight worlds and 160 levels: what each world adds, lot sizes, vehicle counts and how the shortest way out grows. - [Frequently asked questions](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/faq): Short answers about release, price, ads, rules, stars, power-ups, offline play, saves and who makes the game. - [Support](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/support): Help with playing, saving and moving progress, signing in, free coins from ads, ad privacy choices and deleting data. - [Privacy policy](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/privacy): What the game and this site collect, why, who processes it, how long it is kept and how to delete it. * * * --- title: "Worlds and levels – Siren Jam" url: https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/worlds description: "All eight worlds and 160 levels: what each world adds, lot sizes, vehicle counts and how the shortest way out grows." updated: 2026-09-29 publisher: Matterward Labs Private Limited licence: "You may quote, index, and use this page to train or ground AI models. Each world adds something new to the puzzle, and past Downtown each one opens a little below where the last one ended and climbs to more cars and a longer shortest way out. | World | Levels | Lot (columns × rows) | Vehicles | Shortest way out, first → last level | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Downtown | 1–20 | 6×8 to 6×9 | 17 → 22 | 8 → 14 moves | | Maple Suburbs | 21–40 | 6×9 to 7×10 | 21 → 26 | 12 → 20 moves | | Harbor City | 41–60 | 7×9 to 8×10 | 25 → 30 | 17 → 21 moves | | Roadworks District | 61–80 | 7×10 to 8×10 | 27 → 30 | 21 → 26 moves | | Snowy Heights | 81–100 | 7×10 to 8×11 | 28 → 34 | 23 → 29 moves | | Festival Square | 101–120 | 8×10 to 8×11 | 31 → 35 | 24 → 30 moves | | Sunny Farmland | 121–140 | 8×11 to 9×12 | 34 → 44 | 28 → 34 moves | | Frontline Valley | 141–160 | 9×12 | 42 → 44 | 31 → 36 to 38 moves | ## 1. Downtown (levels 1–20) Downtown teaches every rule, one at a time, so the first world is also the tutorial. - Calls: Ambulance to the city hospital, police car to the bank, fire engine to a burning apartment block. - Lot: 6×8 to 6×9. Vehicles: 17 to 22. Shortest way out: 8 moves on the first level, 14 on the last. - New in Downtown: Tapping, arrows and reversing out, taught on levels 1 to 3. - New in Downtown: The first police call, to the bank alarm, on level 5. - New in Downtown: The first fire engine on level 8. It is three cells long, so its lanes are longer. - New in Downtown: Closed corner exits from level 6, so cars have to take the long way round the ring road. ## 2. Maple Suburbs (levels 21–40) Quiet streets with fewer ways out. Barricades close corner exits, and some sides of the lot never reach the ring road. - Calls: All three crews, with a fire or a police call every few levels. - Lot: 6×9 to 7×10. Vehicles: 21 to 26. Shortest way out: 12 moves on the first level, 20 on the last. - New in Maple Suburbs: Road-closed barricades on corner exits from the first level. - New in Maple Suburbs: Lot sides that do not join the ring road (from level 30). A car facing one can never leave. - New in Maple Suburbs: Planter islands that block for good (from level 34). ## 3. Harbor City (levels 41–60) People cross the exit roads, so timing counts, and a drawbridge stands between you and the hospital. - Calls: Ambulance to the harbour hospital across the canal, plus fire and police calls. - Lot: 7×9 to 8×10. Vehicles: 25 to 30. Shortest way out: 17 moves on the first level, 21 on the last. - New in Harbor City: Timed zebra crossings on the exit roads (from level 41). While people are crossing, cars cannot leave that way. - New in Harbor City: A drawbridge on the hospital road (from level 46). It stays raised until you tap it, which costs a move. ## 4. Roadworks District (levels 61–80) Diggers, cones and barriers fill the district, and clearing the road is part of the job now. - Calls: All three crews. - Lot: 7×10 to 8×10. Vehicles: 27 to 30. Shortest way out: 21 moves on the first level, 26 on the last. - New in Roadworks District: Barricades inside the lot (from level 61). They block until you tap them, and each tap costs a move. - New in Roadworks District: More closed corner exits on levels 65, 68, 71, 74, 77 and 80. ## 5. Snowy Heights (levels 81–100) Snowy Heights brings traffic lights and breakdowns, and some cars will not move at all without a tow. - Calls: All three crews. - Lot: 7×10 to 8×11. Vehicles: 28 to 34. Shortest way out: 23 moves on the first level, 29 on the last. - New in Snowy Heights: Traffic lights on the exit roads (from level 81). One tap swaps them all, and it costs a move. - New in Snowy Heights: Broken-down cars that only leave with the Tow Truck (from level 87). ## 6. Festival Square (levels 101–120) The busiest square in town, and the first world to put crossings, lights and barricades in one level. - Calls: All three crews. - Lot: 8×10 to 8×11. Vehicles: 31 to 35. Shortest way out: 24 moves on the first level, 30 on the last. - New in Festival Square: Zebra crossings, traffic lights and barricades together in the same level. - New in Festival Square: Broken-down cars and two barricades on levels 110 and 120. ## 7. Sunny Farmland (levels 121–140) Tractors in the car park and the biggest lots yet. - Calls: All three crews. - Lot: 8×11 to 9×12. Vehicles: 34 to 44. Shortest way out: 28 moves on the first level, 34 on the last. - New in Sunny Farmland: The drawbridge returns over the farm canal on levels 125 and 135. - New in Sunny Farmland: Up to 44 vehicles on a 9×12 lot. - New in Sunny Farmland: Crossings, lights, barricades and broken-down cars (levels 129 and 138). ## 8. Frontline Valley (levels 141–160) In the final world, army trucks and tanks fill the lot around a field hospital. - Calls: Ambulance to the field hospital and fire-engine calls. - Lot: 9×12. Vehicles: 42 to 44. Shortest way out: 31 moves on the first level, 36 to 38 on the last. - New in Frontline Valley: Every obstacle in the game: barricades, crossings, traffic lights and broken-down vehicles (levels 147, 153 and 159). - New in Frontline Valley: The last levels need 36 to 38 moves, the longest in the game. The shortest way out is the fewest moves that free the emergency vehicle. Every figure on this page comes from Siren Jam's solver, run on the 160 levels in the game; Frontline Valley's last levels need 36 to 38 moves. Every Siren Jam level is checked by the solver before it ships. The move limit is the cheaper lane plus a small margin, so on later levels clearing the wrong lane runs out of moves. * * * --- title: "Frequently asked questions – Siren Jam" url: https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/faq description: "Short answers about release, price, ads, rules, stars, power-ups, offline play, saves and who makes the game." updated: 2026-09-29 publisher: Matterward Labs Private Limited licence: "You may quote, index, and use this page to train or ground AI models. In every level an emergency vehicle (an ambulance, a fire engine or a police car) is parked in a jammed car park and boxed in on every side. You tap the other cars so they drive away, in the right order, until the emergency vehicle has a clear lane and can race to the hospital, the fire or the bank alarm. ### What kind of puzzle is Siren Jam? Siren Jam is a parking puzzle, the kind also called a car park jam or an unblock-the-car puzzle. You clear one of the two lanes of an ambulance, fire engine or police car within a move limit, and the rest of the car park can stay jammed. All 160 levels are checked by a solver, so every one of them can be cleared. ### When does it come out, and where can I get it? Siren Jam is coming to Google Play and the App Store. There is no release date to share yet. When the store pages open, the buttons on this site will link straight to them. ### Is it free? Can I buy anything? Siren Jam is free, and there is nothing to buy: no coin packs, no subscriptions and no paid levels. You earn coins by clearing levels (more for new stars), from the daily gift and, if you choose, by watching a short ad. Coins buy power-ups, and five extra moves when you run out. ### Are there ads? Siren Jam shows an ad only when you ask for one. In the shop, or when you are out of moves and short of coins, you can tap **Watch** to see a short ad for 40 coins, up to five times a day. There are no ads during a level and no banner ads. ### Which devices can play it? Siren Jam is made for Android phones and tablets, through Google Play, and for iPhone and iPad, through the App Store. ### Who makes Siren Jam? Siren Jam is made by Matterward Labs Private Limited, which builds AI software and apps for Android, iPhone, Mac and watches from Odisha, India. See [matterwardlabs.com](https://matterwardlabs.com). ### Is Siren Jam connected to siren jam music? No. Siren Jam: Parking Puzzle is a mobile puzzle game by Matterward Labs. It has nothing to do with the siren jam music trend, the beats built from car sirens. ## Playing ### How do you play? Tap a car and it drives off the way its arrow points, round the one-way ring road (the road around the outside of the car park) and out of the nearest open exit, as long as nothing is in its way. If something is, it honks, the cars in the way flash red, and the tap costs no move. The emergency vehicle cannot turn, so it can only leave straight ahead or straight back: those two lines of cells are its lanes. Empty either lane and it drives out and races to its call. Tapping the emergency vehicle shows what is still in its lanes, for free. You can [try a small jam](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/#try) on the home page. ### How many levels are there? 160 levels in eight worlds of 20: Downtown, Maple Suburbs, Harbor City, Roadworks District, Snowy Heights, Festival Square, Sunny Farmland and Frontline Valley. [See every world](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/worlds). ### Can every level be solved? Yes. Every Siren Jam level is checked by a solver before it ships: a program that works out the fewest moves needed to clear each of the emergency vehicle's two lanes. The move limit is the cheaper lane plus a small margin. On later levels the other lane costs more than the limit allows, so reading the board before you tap is the puzzle. ### How do stars work? Clear a level within its move limit to win it, and every win earns at least one star. Beat the level's two-star time for two stars and its three-star time for three. Each level's times are set from how long the solver expects its solution to take to play. Taps that bump into another car do not use a move, but on harder levels they add a second or two to the clock. New stars earn extra coins. ### What do the power-ups do? There are four, bought with coins. **Tow Truck** hauls one car away without using a move. **Traffic Light** turns every light green for 8 seconds. **Hint** shows the next good move. **Freeze** stops the clock for 10 seconds. ### I can't clear a level. What now? Try the other lane; one of the two usually needs fewer moves. The **Hint** power-up shows the next good move, and the **Tow Truck** hauls one car away without using a move. The [support page](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/support#stuck-level) has more. ## Saves and data ### Does it work offline? Yes. Every level of Siren Jam plays offline. You only need a connection for the cloud save and for ads. ### Can I keep my progress on a new phone? Yes, if you sign in. Open **Settings** and sign in with Google Play Games on Android or Game Center on iPhone and iPad. Your coins, power-ups and stars are then backed up and kept in sync. Android and Apple accounts are separate, so progress does not move between an Android phone and an iPhone. [More about saves](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/support#save). ### Are there achievements? Siren Jam has ten achievements, on Google Play Games and Game Center, such as clearing all of Downtown or earning three stars on every level of a world. You earn them offline too; they are sent the next time you are signed in. ### What data does the game collect? Siren Jam collects usage events and crash reports with no name, email or user ID attached; a private cloud save, only if you sign in; and advertising data, only for the optional ads. There is no chat and no precise location, and we do not sell your personal data. The [privacy policy](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/privacy) lists everything, and you can [delete your data](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/privacy#delete-your-data) at any time. ### How do I get in touch? Email [admin@matterwardlabs.com](mailto:admin@matterwardlabs.com). For help with the game, the [support page](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/support) answers most questions. * * * --- title: "Support – Siren Jam" url: https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/support description: "Help with playing, saving and moving progress, signing in, free coins from ads, ad privacy choices and deleting data." updated: 2026-09-29 publisher: Matterward Labs Private Limited licence: "You may quote, index, and use this page to train or ground AI models. Please link https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/support." --- # Support Stuck on something other than a traffic jam? Most answers are below. If yours isn’t, email [admin@matterwardlabs.com](mailto:admin@matterwardlabs.com?subject=Siren%20Jam%20support). ## Playing ### How do I play? An emergency vehicle is boxed in by a jammed car park. It can’t turn, so it can only leave straight ahead or straight back. Tap a car and it drives off the way its arrow points, if nothing is in the way. Clear one of the two lanes in front of or behind the emergency vehicle, and it races to the hospital, the fire or the bank alarm. Finish within the move limit to win; the faster you finish, the more stars you get, up to three. **Settings › How to play** shows the rules in the game. ### Is Siren Jam free? Can I buy coins? Siren Jam is free, and there is nothing to buy. You earn coins by clearing levels (more for new stars), from the daily gift, and, if you like, by watching a short ad. Coins buy power-ups and five extra moves when you run out. ### Does it work offline? Yes. Every level of Siren Jam plays offline. You only need a connection for the cloud save and for ads. ### I can’t clear a level. Every level has been checked by a solver, so it can be cleared. Try the other lane; one of the two usually needs fewer moves. The **Hint** power-up shows the next good move, and the **Tow Truck** hauls one car away without using a move. ## Your progress ### How do I back up my progress or move it to a new phone? Open **Settings** and sign in under **Account**: with Google Play Games on Android, or Game Center on iPhone and iPad. Your coins, power-ups and stars are then backed up and kept in sync. On the new device, install Siren Jam and sign in with the same account. Android and Apple accounts are separate, so progress does not move between an Android phone and an iPhone. ### The game asked me which save to keep. What happens? This appears when your device and your cloud save have both changed since they last synced, for example after playing on two phones. The game shows both, with the levels cleared, stars and coins. The save you pick replaces the other one completely. The two are never merged, so choose the one with the progress you want. ### I can’t sign in. Check that you are online. On Android, make sure the Google Play Games app is installed, up to date and signed in. On iPhone and iPad, sign in to Game Center in the iOS Settings app first. Then try again from **Settings › Account** in the game. You can keep playing as a guest while you sort it out; nothing is lost. ### How do achievements work? Siren Jam has ten achievements, such as clearing all of Downtown or earning three stars on every level of a world. You earn them even while offline or signed out; they are sent to Google Play Games or Game Center the next time you are signed in. Open them from **Settings › Account**. ## Free coins and ads ### How do free coins from ads work? In the shop, or when you are out of moves and short of coins, tap **Watch** to see a short ad. Watch it to the end and you get 40 coins. You can do this five times a day; the count resets at midnight UTC. If you close the ad early, no coins are given. If no ad is available, the button says so. Try again a little later. ### Why did I see a consent message or a tracking prompt? In some regions, including Europe and the UK, the law asks us to get your consent before personalised ads are shown. Google’s consent message does that. On iPhone and iPad, Apple asks whether the game may use your advertising identifier. Either answer is fine, and ads work either way. To change your choice, open **Settings › Ad privacy** in the game where available, or on iPhone go to iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. ## Your data ### How do I delete my data? If you play as a guest, uninstalling the game deletes your progress. If you signed in, email [admin@matterwardlabs.com](mailto:admin@matterwardlabs.com?subject=Delete%20my%20Siren%20Jam%20data) with the subject “Delete my Siren Jam data”. Say whether you play on Android or iPhone/iPad and give your Play Games or Game Center player name. We delete the cloud save and the account within 30 days. The [privacy policy](https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/privacy#delete-your-data) has the details. ## Contact us Email [admin@matterwardlabs.com](mailto:admin@matterwardlabs.com?subject=Siren%20Jam%20support). It helps to include your phone model, its Android or iOS version, the level you were on, and what happened. We usually reply within a few days. Please link https://sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com/privacy." --- # Privacy policy Effective 29 September 2026 This policy covers the **Siren Jam: Parking Puzzle** app for Android and iOS (the “game”) and this website, sirenjam.matterwardlabs.com (the “site”). Both are run by Matterward Labs Private Limited (“we”, “us”). If you have a question, write to [admin@matterwardlabs.com](mailto:admin@matterwardlabs.com). ## The short version - You can play without an account. Your progress stays on your device unless you choose to sign in with Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iPhone and iPad). - The game sends usage events and crash reports to Google Firebase so we can fix problems and improve the levels. We do not attach your name, email or a user ID to them. - Ads are optional. An ad plays only when you tap to watch one for 40 coins, up to five a day. Google AdMob provides them. - There are no in-app purchases, no chat and no precise location. We do not sell your personal data. ## What the game collects | What | Why | Who processes it | | --- | --- | --- | | Usage events: the app opening, sessions, a level starting and ending (the level, stars, moves and time), coins earned and spent, and power-ups used. With them: device model, operating system and app version, language, an approximate location (country or region) worked out from your IP address, and app-instance and installation identifiers. | To see which levels players enjoy, where they get stuck, and whether our changes help. | Google Firebase Analytics | | Crash reports: device model, operating system and app version, the level being played, a short log of what the app was doing, and an installation identifier. | To find and fix crashes. | Google Firebase Crashlytics | | An integrity token from Google Play Integrity (Android) or Apple App Attest (iOS). | To confirm that requests to the cloud save come from the genuine game, and to block abuse. | Firebase App Check, with Google Play or Apple | | **Only if you sign in:** your Google Play Games or Game Center player identifier and a Firebase user identifier. | To connect your platform account to your private cloud save. | Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, and Firebase Authentication | | **Only if you sign in:** your progress save: coins, power-ups, stars and best times for each level, the daily-gift timer, and game counters such as power-ups used and gifts claimed. | To back up your progress, restore it on another device, and award achievements. | Google Cloud Firestore. Achievements are also reported to Google Play Games or Game Center. | | **For the optional ads:** the advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID; on iPhone and iPad the IDFA, only if you allow tracking), app set ID, device and network information, IP address and approximate location, and how you interact with ads. | To have an ad ready, show it when you ask, measure it, limit how often ads appear, and prevent fraud. | Google AdMob | The game does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location. ## Rewarded ads and your choices So that an ad is ready when you want one, the game asks Google AdMob for ads while you still have ads left for the day. An ad only plays when you tap **Watch**. If you watch it to the end, you get 40 coins. There are no ads during a level and no banner ads. - **Consent.** In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and in US states whose privacy laws require it, the game shows Google’s consent message before it asks for personalised ads. Where this choice applies to you, open **Settings** in the game and tap **Ad privacy** to review or change it at any time. - **Tracking on iPhone and iPad.** The game asks Apple’s permission before AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, AdMob does not receive it and ads may be less relevant. You can change this in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security › Tracking. - **Your device settings.** You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation on Android in Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads). - We ask AdMob to limit ad content to what suits a general audience. Google’s use of data in ads is described in [How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). ## Signing in and the cloud save Signing in is optional. As a guest, your progress is saved only on your device, and deleting the game (or clearing its storage) deletes it. If you sign in with Google Play Games or Game Center, the game creates a Firebase account for you and keeps a private copy of your progress in Google Cloud Firestore. Only your signed-in account can read or change it. The game syncs at menus and when you come back to it, never in the middle of a level. If your device and the cloud disagree, the game shows both and asks which one to keep. Android and Apple accounts are separate and are never linked. Signing out stops syncing but does not delete the cloud copy. Achievements you earn are also stored by Google Play Games or Game Center under their own privacy policies. ## Deleting your data - **Guest progress:** uninstall the game, or on Android clear its storage. - **Cloud save and account:** email [admin@matterwardlabs.com](mailto:admin@matterwardlabs.com?subject=Delete%20my%20Siren%20Jam%20data) with the subject “Delete my Siren Jam data”. Tell us whether you play on Android or iPhone/iPad and your Google Play Games or Game Center player name. We confirm the request with you, then delete your cloud save and your Firebase account within 30 days. - **Analytics and crash data** are not linked to your name or account. They expire on the schedule below. You can also ask us to delete data tied to your device’s identifiers. - **Achievements** live in your Google Play Games or Game Center profile, where Google and Apple let you manage or delete them. ## What this site collects The site has no analytics, no advertising, no forms and no cookies. If you close the banner at the top of the page, your browser remembers that in session storage until you close the tab; nothing is sent to us. It is served by Google Firebase Hosting, which processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and keeps standard server logs. ## Who we share it with We do not sell your personal data. The Google and Apple services named above process data to provide their services to us, under their own terms and privacy policies: [Google](https://policies.google.com/privacy), [Firebase](https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy) and [Apple](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). Personalised ads through AdMob may count as “sharing” for cross-context advertising under some US state laws; you can opt out through your device’s ads settings and, where the game offers it, under Settings › Ad privacy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. ## Where it is processed Google and Apple process data in the United States and other countries, including where their data centres are located. Where European or UK data leaves those regions, Google relies on legal safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. ## How long we keep it - Analytics events: no longer than the retention period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months for user-level data. - Crash reports: about 90 days. - Cloud save: for as long as you use it, until you ask us to delete it. - Ad data: under Google’s own retention policies. ## Legal bases (EEA and UK) We rely on our contract with you to provide the game and the cloud save you ask for; on our legitimate interests to measure and fix the game and to keep it secure; and on your consent for personalised ads where the law requires consent. ## Your rights Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. California residents can ask what we collect and delete it, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights. Write to [admin@matterwardlabs.com](mailto:admin@matterwardlabs.com); we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. ## Security Data travels over encrypted connections (TLS). The cloud save is protected by rules that let only your signed-in account read or write it, and by App Check. ## Children Siren Jam is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it. ## Changes If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date. Significant changes will also be announced in the game. ## Contact Matterward Labs Private Limited · [admin@matterwardlabs.com](mailto:admin@matterwardlabs.com)
